We can't definitively pin it down to a maker but we think it is certainly by someone good rather than just being a high quality but generic arts and crafts piece. Stylistically it borrows from both Marius Hammer and Austro Hungarian jewels but on balance we think it's most likely William Hair Haseler. We were in 2 minds about polishing this it would look amazing but on
