Jim Schaaf likely performed the refinish and the writing matches other rods that Schaaf has refinished. All sections are full length and straight. The second tip was made at a later date, perhaps at the time Schaaf did the refinish. Rusty brown wraps with black tipping. Blued guides and ferrules. Loop style hook keeper. Reverse
