4 x Ernest Race Stacking Arm Chairs posters Produced between 1969-1970's in paleDesigned and manufactured by Race Furniture Ltd in London, England and originally designed as auditorium chairs but nowadays they're perfect as dining, office or occasional armchairs perhaps in an industrial type loft space. Each chair seat tilts up to allow them to be stacked one on top of the other. The thin metal frame is made from black stove enamelled steel rods. The armrests are wooden and painted black with the seats and back rests upholstered
