There is a protective wrap below the stripping guide on the butt section. It also appears the rod has been refinished at some point and there's one obvious mis colored wrap on the mid section. One tip is 1 2" short. The full length tip also has a protective wrap just below the tip top. Overall the rod is good condition. Good ferrule fit (sizes 23 64 and 16 64). Comes with tip
