Made by Galco, maker of fine gun holsters since 1969. The tube is tanned to a dark chocolate brown with a slight red tint. The James Reams logo is stamped into the tube just below the brass clasp. The tube measures 52 1 2" x 1 1 2". The cap slides off with the appropriate tension, not too tight, not too loose as with some leather
