Milz - "Mocha Milk with Himalayan Pink Salt" Dark Milk Chocolate - Dominican Republic sri lanka and barley malt in theMilz Chocolat crafts delicious chocolates with great care in their small factory, using the best cacao from their own farm. Not only is their chocolate bean to bar, it is tree to bar made and grown by a mother daughter duo. Anyone who says coffee and cacao can't be combined hasn't tried this bar. It is so balanced and creamy without any clashing bitterness or earthiness. The pink sea salt is another interesting touch to this extremely enjoyable bar.
