The spring floods, also called freshets, bring life to the Cottonwood forests which are specially designed to withstand flooding. Rainbow trout take advantage of these freshets and spawn in these flooded lands. Each of the plants is found during the time of the freshet. I'm fascinated by the unique interactions between the different flora and fauna. Each ecosystem is unique and go
