To bring it closer to its original condition

Vintage Wind-Up Tin Penguin Toy ear Each of the forty eightThis vintage tin penguin toy was produced in China, likely in the middle of the 20th century. This toy comes in its original box, as the photographs indicate. The penguins feet waddle when the toy is wound up.
