The rod has richly flamed cane, a varnished finish, black silks, dual black aluminum rings over all cork reel seat, cigar grip in fine condition, size 12 64" black aluminum ferrules with an excellent fit. Lettered on three flats in gold ink (which has faded over the years which is not unusual with the gold inked rods). First flat: Gordon Gable
