Yoder Smokers S Series Pellet Grill Replacement Probe Bars & Sinks Model number: 61501This is a factory replacement part for the Yoder Smokers S Series pellet grills. Replacement food probe that plugs directly into the control board. NOTE: When you remove the probe from your meat, be sure to NOT place directly onto the hot grill grates. The grates are far hotter than the probes are rated. This will damage the probe over time causing it to eventually fail. This is the cause to almost all probe failures.
