The rod was then restored by Garrison and has not been fished since

One tip-top features two bands of chestnut tipping to distinguish it from the other tip

The die stamp on the cap and the polished tube date this rod to the late 1990's

A provenance letter from Joan and a copy of the auction listing is included with the sale.
