Sven Joschke - La Eleanor sangiovese 2025 Ortiz including 94 points from WineSven Joschke, raised in the Adelaide Hills, swapped accountancy for winemaking after a stint in France's Jura. La Eleanore is a single vineyard Sangiovese from 25 year old vines in Langhorne Creek, fermented as a single parcel and aged in neutral French oak and tank for six months before bottling unfined with minimal sulphur. The wine note also references 'sven joshke' (misspelling) and grenache in the store tags, but it is a varietal Sangiovese.
