This delicious fiano hails from Paestum, an ancient Greek colony near the southern coast of Campania. Fiano doesn't mind heat, and keeps it's lovely acidity even in hot summers one reason why it is starting to do very well here in Australia. This wine, the top white from this estate, is full, rich
