1970s Italian Murano Sommerso Art Glass Bowl glass The chrome frame is in1970s Italian Murano summerso glass bowl, dish or ashtray. The bowl has three indentations creating a shape similar to a Shamrock where the cigarettes used to be placed when it's function was an ashtray although there aren't any signs that it was ever used for this purpose. A beautiful design with red glass submerged in the centre with a wave of turquoise and clear glass surrounding it. Attributed in style to the designs of Flavio Polo for Seguso
