There is general cosmetic wear from honest fishing use but is mechanically perfect. Unblemished agate line guide. Full length and unaltered ribbed brass foot. Ebonite handle spins freely. Tensioner works perfectly. No problematic wobble or end play. the spare spool has a few scratches and marks on the face. There is also writing in black permanent marker on the backside
