Finger Lakes Distilling Mckenzie Single Barrel Bourbon #1322 AJ it lingers in the mouthMcKenzie Bourbon is created by Finger Lakes Distilling, located on the shores of Seneca Lake in Upstate New York. Their whiskies are handmade and use a variety of corn that is locally produced for 70% of the mash bill. They have two mashbills they use a rye and a wheated. This is the latter, where in addition to the local corn there is 20% red winter wheat and 10% malted barley in the mash, all from local sources. This whiskey was aged for a little
