It's hard to miss when you're starting with genetics this good

while quite similar to dressleri differs in having thick leathery leaves & quite strong red features

it opened my eyes to the potential of second generation luxurians hybrids

Anthurium besseae aff 'Elektra' x sp. 'Peru Velvet' stockhide Showing nice colourRidiculously velvet leaves, nice concave shape, tall lobes and & quite minimal venation. Red showing in petioles, abaxial veins and petiolar plexus. Unfortunately, this plant is very bleached due to being exposed to excessive lighting. New will darken considerably in ideal conditions. Seed parent: Anthurium besseae aff 'Elektra' Pollen parent: Anthurium sp. 'Peru Velvet' Currently growing in 90mm pot. Would benefit from a repot.
