Drawstring neckline with silk trim. Original silk ribbon. Hooks up the back. Set on waist band has no stretch at 23 inches. Huge puffed sleeves. Cute as a current crop top. Excellent condition. Cotton is sturdy. May need to replace the ribbon at the neckline. Measures: No stretch. Pigeon bust 12 inch
