Simply missing a Button at each shoulder, and the cream fabric has spots, mainly at the bottom hem. I am dating it based on showing pictures to, and getting feedback, from a fellow seller who specializes in vintage swimwear. Has no tags. Shown here on a 6, will work best for a Petite 8 in my opinion. It has a short torso and inseam and at 5 foot 4 I am about 1 inch
