Label reads "Dress Stewart", made in Scotland, late 1960s. 20" 24" width at bottom, 3" length edge to fold, 11" diameter along top (fold to fold), fits most sizes 100% "pure" wool, medium thick and felted, fuzzy texture, not scratchy but not recommended for sensitive skin Excellent condition, very light signs of age but no flaws
