The carefully destemmed grapes undergo natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by a 40 day maceration for the Cabernet Sauvignon. With balanced aging in amphorae and oak barrels, the result is a perfectly harmonious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah.
