Le Vin de Jardin 2024 Offre_par_3 Originating from the marl-limestone soilsThe carbonic maceration process used in this wine reveals the full expressiveness of the Grolleau grape. Utilizing indigenous yeasts and a minimalist approach to sulfur, this wine highlights its unique origin: vines planted on a silty sandy terroir with a subsoil of Paleozoic schist.
