BILBAO INVADED # Space Invader # ÉDITION 2019 DrewBert jet d'encre et techniques mixtesIn the late 1990s, anonymous French artist Invader began cementing and gluing Space Invaders ceramic mosaics pixelated characters from the eponymous 1978 video game on the streets of Paris. He's expanded his roster to include the ghosts of Pac Man and other popular 8 bit characters, and his artwork now adorns cities around the world, from Los Angeles to Kathmandu. Alongside these clandestine works of street art , Invader produced mosaics on Perspex
