Rully rouge 2023 Capacity:75 cl Clos des Renardes stands outThis Rully red wine is carefully crafted to express the full finesse of Burgundy's Pinot Noir. Rigorous bud thinning and double selection of the grapes guarantee a high quality product. After a two week fermentation with frequent pump overs, the Rully is aged in oak barrels for 15 months, which imparts a beautiful complexity. Minimal filtration reveals a light, natural sediment, preserving its full aromatic richness.
