Rebel Rebel 2024 magnum makes for a refined tastingThe Chardonnay from this estate comes from plots overlooking the Rhne Valley, planted on granite soil renowned for its ability to produce wines of character. Thanks to a precise winemaking method, including skin maceration and temperature controlled fermentation, the wine boasts a well defined structure. Aging in tanks, combined with regular lees stirring, contributes to developing its round and silky texture.
