CHATEAU PONTET CANET 2009 Pauillac 0.75 Ltr Blended wine from the 42-hectareThe cru is at the top of the vintage, one of the greatest wines made. The nose combines blackcurrant and blackberry on a cedar background. The palate reveals a wine exhibiting a serene concentration, a gourmet fruitiness and tannins as elegant as they are fleshy. What stands out is the balance, the structure of perfect harmony and the pleasure one feels. The final high point brings the idea of an innate elegance. A masterpiece.
