151 pokemon energy cards - Lightning Card SVE 004 - Pokemon Placeholder Image Provided Completed a set of 151

With your current hand, you can do everything from adding Pokmon to your bench to retreating your active Pokmon to your bench to attaching an Energy card to a Pokmon to playing your Trainer cards

This alone is a fairly decent answer to cards with toughness of two or less, while also getting around the targeted aspect so that it can damage warded creatures

The Strategy First and foremost, this is a Rat Colony aggro deck

For example Rattata can use Bite for 20 damage at a cost of two colorless energy and Pikachu can use Volt Tackle which can cause 60 damage to another Pokmon but also causes 10 damage to Pikachu for a cost of one electric and two colorless energy

Even if you drop Hazoret, Godseeker on two and immediately increase your speed, you still cant attack with them until turn four, and thats if you increase speed before combat on the fourth turn
