The best use of these in my opinion is to get a single charge counter on Lost Jitte and use proliferation effects to double or triple the number of charge counters you have available, before dumping them all into untapping your lands for a massive Fireball, or putting so many +1/+1 counters on the creature it becomes a must-kill situation
